Professional Background
Michael Is the Founder and CEO of Succesure™, a privately-held professional development firm specializing in peak performance and leadership technologies that enable individuals and organizations to consistently achieve higher levels of success.
Prior to founding Succesure™, Michael served as a Consulting Associate with the international management consulting firm Resources Global, Inc. for two years. During his tenure at the firm, Michael advised entrepreneurs, senior executives and management groups of national and global Fortune 1000 companies in myriad industries including real estate, retail, manufacturing, banking and financial services, telecommunications, and information technology.
For six years prior to his association with Resources Global, Michael served as the Chairman and CEO of Privacy Prime, Inc., a management and technology consulting company based in California. Under Michael’s leadership, the company increased its client base by 400%, and expanded its operations to serve clients with global operations in the retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, and banking and financial services markets.
Prior to Privacy Prime, Michael spent six years as a management and technology consultant with the global consulting firms Deloitte, LLP and Ernst & Young, LLP. During his engagement with Deloitte and E&Y, Michael advised managers and executives in all levels of Fortune 500 companies in industries such as real estate, information technology, manufacturing, health care, telecommunications, and banking and financial services.
Educational Background
Michael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. Although a native of New York City, he and his family now reside in San Diego, California.
